Meet Franziska Aschberger, she talks about her apprenticeship at the Hotel Salegg in Siusi allo Sciliar.
“Oh, I’m sorry! I almost ran you over! I’m not used to meeting anyone here. Our guests usually come up from Waidbruck station on the stagecoach... Except for celebrities like the King of Saxony. He drives up in a landau, of course. This year, however, he’s not coming. Mr and Mrs Honeck, the owners of the Hotel Salegg, don’t mind, as there’s enough to do as it is. By the way, my name is Fanny and I’m a trainee here. Because my Franz from the Posthotel in Sulden and I... Would you like to walk with me a little?”
