Trauttmansdorff Season Start 2025
Starting from April 1st, the Gardens and the Touriseum are open again.
In 2025, guests can look forward to the international photography exhibition “International Garden Photographer of the Year” (IGPOTY), a globally renowned showcase of stunning nature photography.
With the exhibitions “The Future of Travel” in April and “The Wild Seventies” in June, the Touriseum will provide both a forward glance and a nostalgic look back at the past. These exhibits will explore the challenges faced by tourism professionals 50 years ago and envision what the future of travel might look like.
In springtime, the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle are once again in full bloom and sprouting on every corner: tulips, daffodils, imperial crowns, ranunculus and Icelandic poppies are stretching their heads high after a long winter. The air is filled with many different scents: Besides roses, thousands of hyacinths give off their bewitchingly sweet scent in spring. The lemon and orange trees blossom and everything comes to life.
